Jamal & Kate Dixon

Jamal and Kate Dixon are the heart and vision behind Step Together. As a married couple who lead both in life and business, they’ve turned their shared experiences into a ministry that brings couples back to each other—and to God.

Kate brings her background in dance, her deep love for Jesus, and her role as a travel entrepreneur to the retreat experience. Jamal leads with steadiness, wisdom, and a heart for ministry, creating space where men feel safe to open up and lead with love.

Together, they’ve built a life rooted in faith, fun, and freedom. Their goal is straightforward: to provide couples with the opportunity to reset, reconnect, and rediscover why they chose each other in the first place.
